A Day of Yoga and Circle Dance
Come and enjoy an uplifting day of movement and stillness for body and mind through gentle yoga and dance.
A perfect opportunity to try something new or enjoy a day of something familiar.

Kath is an experienced yoga teacher who will guide us through various poses suitable for all abilities. There will be time spent in relaxation and the option to use a chair throughout the session. Kate is an experienced circle dance teacher who will teach a mixture of dances to suit all. Some will be gentle and reflective, some a little more lively. No previous experience necessary.
Please bring:-
Packed lunch (tea and coffee provided)
Yoga mat (we will have some spare if you don't have one)
